The Art of Allowing Cards - 52 Affirmation Cards
The Art of Allowing Cards were inspired by the book Mastering the Art of Allowing. By allowing something you are reassuring yourself that it is okay to do what you are suggesting. Sometimes we need that reassurance or permission for us to trust and believe something to be true. Using positive affirmations can make a huge impact on your life. When you repeat affirmations you train your mind to begin to believe what was said. When you believe what was said you can transform your life in amazing positive ways. By allowing yourself to do something, you reclaim your personal power back to create the life that you want. You free yourself of negativity and you consciously approve the shift of energy to propel you to where you want to go.
How to use these cards
Daily affirmation or oracle card readings:
Close your eyes and take in a deep breath and then exhale. Then ask the question "what do I need to focus on today?" or, ask a specific question. Next shuffle the cards and then spread them out in front of you face down. Let your intuition guide you in choosing the card you need at this time. Look at the card you choose and say the words on the card with heartfelt meaning. Look at the image and feel yourself connecting to the image and the affirmation of allowing on the card. Say the affirmation several times throughout the day. Choose one daily or as needed for guidance.
Meditation:
Choose one card with the same method mentioned above and meditate with the message on the card. Read what the card says and go in to meditation with the intention of connecting to the statement of allowing of what message you chose.
These can also be used in conjunction with the book Mastering the Art of Allowing. Read the weekly affirmation, and pull the card with the same message. Look at the image as you say the words. Leave the card out for the week as a reminder to repeat the affirmation.
