The Law of Attraction and Positive Thinking: It Can be Life Changing

​The Law of Attraction is a practice when you change your thought process to achieve or access what you desire.  If you are in a constant state of negative thought process, to get yourself out of the daily doldrums you will want to switch your thinking to a positive thought process. Using positive thought process brings a positive vibration to you, and that is the key. Like attracts like, so positive vibrations attract positive vibrations.  Once you start experiencing a positive vibration, the Universe responds in like and brings positive things to you in abundance. I was in a state of depression several years ago. We had very little money, we lost our home, every day I was just thinking things are going to get worse. I was in so much fear and worry about everything. It consumed me.  I was in a very low point of being. A friend of mine suggested watching "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne to help me think differently. I watched the movie and that was the beginning of a new view on life for me. I started by thinking more positive thoughts. It is not easy at first because the negative thoughts are so prominent and want to continue absorbing every thought, but I kept at it. I started to correct myself when I would say a negative sentence, and I would reword it to be positive. Then I started thinking, believing and feeling as if I had all the things I wanted. I also started using a vision board, placing pictures of all the things I wanted on it. I incorporated saying my thanks every morning and every evening. Every morning I would say thank you for everything I wanted to accomplish that day. Plus I gave thanks for lists upon lists of things that I had, there are so many things to be grateful for. Things such as electricity at a flick of the switch, indoor running water, a pillow under my head, gratitude for the trash collector every week. Every night before I go to bed I would give thanks for everything that happened that day. If something didn't go quite how I would have liked it, I restructured the event in a positive manner in my mind and gave thanks for that too. Then I began meditating, and that brought me to an even higher level of positivity in my life. I added crystals to my meditation and amped up the results at an extremely fast rate. I started using crystals to bring in positive energy in my space as well.  I was able to eliminate worry, stress, and fear. My vibration was at a very positive level and many positive things started happening for me. But it is more than just visualizing, you must also believe it to be so. Visualize what you want but feel it as if you already have it. All of this process has taken time, and time is hard to deal with (see my blog on time) but it has been life changing for me. I still practice all of those things (and more-another blog to follow) I mentioned above. These techniques can be used for health, wealth, new career, love, or anything else you can imagine. Be careful of what you think because it is what you become.
