Do you ever have a hard time sleeping? I used to be addicted to OTC sleep aides (years of addiction) and I would take them every night and still be awake. I even had anxiety over it, I had to take the pills and I knew they were not helping but I still had to take them and end up wide eyed all night long. I eventually said that is enough and stopped taking them and adjusted some things in my life to help me sleep at night. What did I do you ask?? I incorporated crystals with meditation, placed crystals in and around my home, and I started doing yoga . Meditating with crystals allowed me to clear my mind and focus on the healing vibrations the crystals emit. It is a very powerfully healing experience, and I highly recommend it. The crystals I placed around my home are amethyst and quartz. That brought in positive energy to my home. Amethyst is good for insomnia, clearing all the chatter in your head. Place an amethyst under your pillow or near your bed to help you sleep better. Practicing Yoga made a big difference as well. I had no idea it would help me sleep better when I started doing it, but it did, and I didn't even have to become an expert at doing it. I used to do heavy exercise like running, and weight lifting and those didn't help with my sleeping habits. The poses of yoga and stretching techniques completely made my muscles more relaxed. All of those combined made a tremendous difference in being able to get to sleep and go back to sleep if I wake up. Another option is Lavender calming spray, just spray it on the pillow case and around the area. It is made with dried lavender and it has amethyst chips in. I have had great reviews from those using my lavender spray for calming an environment. I sell those items in my shop if you are interested.
