Crystals are amazing energy provided by Mother Earth herself. They can be used to assist in physical, mental, emotional or spiritual issues that you might be facing. Of course you should always seek medical or professional advice when needed, and the properties associated with crystal energy is not a replacement for medical care or a guarantee of results. Crystals can provide additional support to healing practices however keep in mind that everyone is different and everyone will respond differently to crystal energy. Plus for some it may take time to experience specific results while others may see changes rather quickly. It can be an exciting journey of exploration once you start to see changes within yourself.
I have been using crystal energy for my own self healing and well being for many years. I, like many others, have suffered from depression, anxiety and heartache in the past. I have found it quite useful and effective to bring crystal energy into my own personal energy field for issues that arise. I found inner peace rather quickly once I started using crystals in my daily practices but sometimes it can be a get to know you kind of phase to determine what specific crystals align with specific intentions. So you might find yourself trying a few and then you may decide which ones work best for you. I would suggest to take a look at the crystal properties when determining which ones to work with but always use your intuition because that tends to lead you in the right direction when selecting crystals. I would like to share with you my recommendations for crystals to use for dealing with grief, depression and re-aligning yourself with overall health and well being. I have used all three of the crystals mentioned below and they all hold a very beautiful calming energy. First off, I would recommend rose quartz. Rose quartz have such an amazing beautiful loving energy to them. They help with all matters of the heart, physical, emotional and mental, but in the most loving way. The energy of rose quartz is so very deeply calming that it feels like an energy of that of a much needed hug. By using them, it helps to process emotions associated with grief, loss, depression and heartache, and yet at the same time it soothes the soul. It brings in the sense of love and much needed peace when dealing with heavy emotions. My second recommendation is green opal. Green opal is also effective for matters of the heart. It is a very unique crystal because it is possible it may change color with continual use. So in essence it mirrors the change that you go through within itself. This crystal draws out negative energy from any area of your being, either physically, mentally or emotionally in a very calm and peaceful way. It has such a calmness to it that you do not realize that it is extracting negative energy, and with use it brings a sense of overall well being. The third crystal I recommend is orbicular jasper, also known as ocean jasper. Ocean jasper is a very nurturing and protective crystal to work with. It assists in coping with change, and helps one find a renewal of spirit. It is beneficial for releasing pent up emotional blocks in a very calm way. It supports you as you go through the releasing process and at the same time it allows the inner self to heal. It is also very earthy, so it helps you connect back to earth energy and feel stable and secure once again. There is a common theme among all three crystals and that is that they help the healing to occur in a very loving, gentle and peaceful manner. They are all ones that you can keep with you day and night. You could wear or carry them daily and place one under your pillow at night. All three of these could be used in meditation. Place one at your heart center or hold them in your hands during meditation. These three crystals are easily obtainable and affordable and very effective in helping issues of the heart and finding peace and overall well being. I hope that you find crystal blessings during your journey of exploration and self healing.

I began my spiritual journey several years ago when I was on a quest for self healing and the spiritual journey just fell into place within that self healing exploration. I did not realize at the time where I was headed but I followed the guidance that I was given and because of that I have written two books, created three courses and I have connected with thousands of people around the world with spiritual talks and meditations.
I am so very grateful that I followed that guidance because I am so very grateful for where I am today. I feel that I am on the right path and yet it started off in one direction but it continues to evolve in its own right and that I feel that is how the spiritual journey should be. The spiritual journey is ever evolving and ever changing just as we are as we walk that path. I just recently published my second book Spirit of the Crystal Ray. In the early years of my spiritual journey I learned what I was capable of very quickly. Channeling spirit was of those things. I was able to channel spirit by going into a very deep state of meditation and recording what spirit said through me. I have been wanting to write a book on channeled messages for some time and I thought that might have been part of my first book, however that took a bit of a different direction which was much needed. So this book Spirit of the Crystal Ray is channeled guidance for what we need to know at this point in time to help us within our own spiritual journeys, to help us within our own transformational paths, and our own evolution of a spiritual beings that we are. I am humbled and grateful that spirit entrusted me with this process and this book is their book their message to us. I channeled spirit for 21 days and recorded their messages and I felt such divine love come through for us that it is very apparent that all on the side (spirit side) love us unconditionally regardless of what we do with our lives. They are also so very supportive of us. They want to help us in every aspect within our lives, within our journey and the changes that we go through. Sometimes we forget that we have spiritual support and love from the unseen, however it is there and it is so very strong and powerful that if we harness and use that support and love every day we can accomplish amazing things within our own lives. During the writing process I experienced many things that we all encounter from time to time (fear, doubt, insecurities, etc.), but I felt that divine love and support throughout the creation of this book, which enabled me to accomplish this beautiful work, and reconnect with trusting the spiritual path I am on. I am grateful that I followed the guidance I was given, because I have no doubt that this experience will lead me to the next wonderful experience that is waiting around the corner for me. Trust the path you are shown. Trust the guidance you are given. Trust the divine love and support. Take that step........you will get to where you need to go and it will be amazing! Namaste. 11/27/2017 0 Comments Ramblings of Life Lessons - when we are going through the learning phase sometimes we don't realize we are learning!Ramblings of Life Lessons - when we are going through the learning phase sometimes we don't realize we are learning!
As I reflect on this past year I realized today that I have learned yet another life lesson. It came to me during my daily meditation that I learned a great deal in a short amount of time. It seems as though we are an impatient species. I am anyway. I have had to learn patience and to trust Divine timing and it always seems to work out even better than I had hoped. Divine timing is really amazing and it has brought me to where I am today. I have experienced so much these past several months but looking back at this year it is even more than I realized. I learned that I can do anything I want. I learned I can trust, let go and let God and it will manifest beautifully. Miracles happen that way, trust and let God handle the situation. When I was reflecting on this past year, it took me back to where I was this time last year (November 2016). I had a shop/healing center and a small online presence. I worked at my shop and held workshops, meditations, healing appointments after work (I had a day job at that time) and weekends. It was a lot of work running the shop after hours, after working at an 8 hr job each day, but I absolutely loved doing it. At that time I started writing a book on meditation. I had already created several guided meditations and I was always talking to everyone that came into my shop about meditation, so why not write a book? Meditation helped me tremendously, so I knew it could help others. I had no agenda of when or how I would publish the book, although I did speak to some publishing companies to get information of the process and just worked on it when I could. I loved teaching others during the workshops I held. That is when I felt the most joy, seeing people's face light up when they learned something. I noticed last fall and winter there was a shift. It seemed at the time I was foreseeing the future without really realizing what the future was going to be because I could tell that the space I was in was not permanent and that I would need to find another place before the lease was up in April (2017). I was wanting more than anything to be able to work at my shop and do healing work full time so I put it out to the Universe as something I wanted to manifest. February 2017 was a when a huge cycle of change came my way. It all began in an instant. My mom was in a car accident and my world changed at that very moment from then on. I had to stop seeing clients and basically close the shop hours for months to help her with her recovery. It was an extremely stressful time but I realized during that time that I was being pushed in a new direction. I quit my day job because of the continued stress but I still felt like I was being guided, Divinely guided. I actually felt at peace when I left that position. During that time my lease was coming due to renew the shop space and I knew right away that I just had to let the shop go during that time. There was no possible way I could look for a new place and try to start over with a new location (that in itself is a huge undertaking). So I turned in my notice and during the craziness of all of my mother's issues, and I closed the shop. There again I felt at peace so I knew that was the right thing to do. For some strange reason during that time, my online presence seemed to grow. I had been doing LIVE and videos for my Facebook page for over a year but something shifted there right in the middle of all the craziness. I was being guided into a new direction and I was following it. Thank goodness I had crystal energy to help me and I continued to meditate every day, plus I was learning more and more to trust the process. Once my mom got better and settled I was able to focus on my online presence and start selling the crystals I had in my shop online. I continued to write on my book throughout this time, a chapter here and there, and most of it was Divinely written or guided so it always seemed to flow easily. I decided not to try to find another space for a shop/healing center, I was just going to focus on online sales and distance healing and there again it seemed like the right thing to do. Sometime in May or June a friend of mine suggested that I create a course and online course because I was always teaching something online anyway. So I started putting together course materials and I signed up for Udemy to host my course there. I was still writing my book and a third project came to me during meditation that I had to start, which I did. So there were three big projects in the works at the same time. I can't give details on the third project yet but soon. I had gone from one stressful time (helping mom, quitting a job and trusting that all will be ok financially, starting online sales) to another stressful times of writing a book, course and third project. I can't seem to do things in small doses. I was flooded with inspiration and ideas and I wanted to do them all. I was continuing my online teaching, sharing, healings, sales and whatever else that came to me at the same time of trying to create three big projects. I was going crazy once again. Thankfully I had my crystals and meditation to fall back on, plus trusting the process. There were times that I was so hard on myself because I started to put deadlines on these projects and I was not meeting them. I learned that I had to let things happen as they should. I was hoping to have the course done within a month and it took five. I was hoping to have the book done sooner, and it took over a year. I had hoped the third project would be completed but it is still in the works. I often times asked the Universe, "why am I doing this?" "why am I working on these three things at once?" I kept getting the answer to "continue, continue." So I did. Let me tell you I am no technology wizard by any means and that has been a huge part of my learning this year. I would run into technology road blocks often and then I would get frustrated and have to figure things out before I moved on. That was quite often the case with my online business and course creation. During all this creation madness (it really felt like madness at times) I was building a beautiful online community, and it just seemed to happen on its own. One that comes together during celebrations or challenges or anything in between. I have met and made so many friends from around the world, and that would not have been possible had I stayed contained in my little shop. When things happen just like that, again to me that is Divinely guided. So here I am, a year later...I just released my course a few weeks ago. It was scary and exciting at the same time to submit the final details and put it out there for the world to see. I wanted something meaningful and beautiful for those who took the course. I wanted them to feel what I put into it. The same goes for the book. I want it to be perfect. I was relieved that I saw the course through completion, because there were times I wasn't sure I could to it but I did. I am finished with my book and just waiting on a few publishing timelines. I am amazed that I completed that too and I am proud of both. I am proud I accomplished what I did. The third project will be finished in Divine time and I am proud of that too! I know now that I had to experience all three at once to see that I have learned a great deal, actually a huge amount about myself and how to do things in a short amount of time. I told you this would be rambling... So this year I have learned so much it boggles my mind. I have learned compassion, patience, to trust my intuition and guidance, to trust in the process, to keep boundaries that I feel are important, that I am capable of doing what I set out to do even if I don't know what I am doing, to be kind and gentle to myself, to respect myself, that it is ok to be proud of myself, and a great deal about technology plus so much more. A year's time is not that long, and I think I learned more this past year than I ever have in that amount of time. Now that I look back at all the experiences, good and challenging, and I had to go through all of it to get to where I am today. Thank you God, Creator, Universe and spirit guides for leading the way, and I am thankful that I trusted and when the direction you led me. 7/7/2017 0 Comments The Cycles of ChangeChange. Change can be very stressful at times. We are constantly in a state of change if we realize it or not. If we are consciously requesting change, we go through many cycles of manifesting that change. There are several things that are commonly requested to change throughout our lifetime. We request more money, better jobs, bring love into our lives, change of family situations, to resolve problems, to change our health status, or to change the way we look. The list really goes on and on. Some like to focus their change requests for a greater good, like world peace, food for all or awareness of some kind.
When we want to change to happen, we wish or pray for it and we put it out to the Universe. If we trust and believe that it will happen, then it will grow and it will manifest itself; however there are many times when it does not happen as quickly as we would like it to. Quite often, some give up on the trust and then start to disbelieve and think that it will not happen. Trusting in the change that you request is a huge part of the process. If you can put your change request out to the Universe and trust that it will come to pass and let it go then it will start to grow in it’s own time and manner. It's like the seasons. In the spring you plant the seed of the change that you want. You wait a little bit of time and then the seed starts to grow deep roots, although you don't see the change happening quite yet but eventually you do start to see signs that it started the cycle. It had to lay its foundation before it started to show itself. Then you move to the next season where you start to see a flourish of growth of the change cycle. Eventually you see it come to pass where it's time to harvest and your request has been manifested. Sometimes we request a change to occur and it does not happen the way we want it to. When change does not happen how we are expecting or hoping, then Divine guidance is pushing it in a direction to help us grow or learn from the situation at hand. If we do not embrace that opportunity as a time of growth, we might miss the life lesson involved with that particular cycle of change. Other times we request change, we trust and believe it to happen, and when we start to see the signs of it coming about then our fear steps in, and we wonder do we really want this change? We asked for it and it's coming to pass but maybe we are afraid of the unknown of what this change is bringing or we are afraid of how it will happen. Change means there's something different, it is not the same as it was before, and coming out of our comfort zone is not always easy. When the fear steps in and we're not comfortable with the change then we put up the blocks. We fight it and we fight the flow. Then we question everything, did we really want this change after all? Is this really, really what I want? I want it, but I'm afraid because I don't know how it's going to work. We are often told not to worry about the how. The how works out if we just trust. If we can get past that period of fear and we can trust it to happen, allow it to happen and let flow naturally, then we are able to adjust to the change and all of a sudden life seems to get easier. Then we wonder why we were so worried about it in the first place. Occasionally we are put in a cycle of change and we had no control or request of it in the first place. Sometimes events happen and we are forced into a change if we wanted it or not. That can be very difficult, challenging and stressful, especially when you are forced into a change immediately. If this happens, try to step aside and just take a moment to see what is really truly happening. Look at the situation around you, maybe just maybe, you can deal with it a little bit easier. I believe that all things happen for a reason and if you are forced into a change that you were not prepared for, there is a reason for that. Most often the changes that I have been forced into have ended up to be huge blessings and life lessons. Of course I did not see that at the time because being forced into a change that you are not prepared for is very stressful and can be very challenging. But after that cycle of immediate change has passed and you have had time to reflect upon it, think about all the things that you learned from that experience. Think about the people that were involved. Think about where you were in life compared to where you are after the change. Think about all of the life lessons that you learned from it. Did you learn patience or peace? Did you learn love, respect or kindness? Did you drop your boundaries and help somebody that you not would not normally have helped? When we are forced into a change and it is a life lesson, I believe that is a gift from the Universe. Quite often you may experience grief, sadness, frustration, anger or confusion during sudden change that has been put upon you. Honor those feelings because experiencing those feelings is part of human nature; honor them but the flow the change continue. Change is hard if we request it or not, either way it can be a difficult time. We are always in a cycle of change and sometimes we don't even realize it. When we are in a cycle of change our energy shifts and we typically end up at a new place in our life. I know the times that I have been through energy shifts I have found myself in a much better place afterwards. I have gotten to the point to where I start to see huge cycles of change and I know that that means there is another huge energy shift and I am going to be led to a new direction or to a new place in my life. Plus, there are times when you pray for change, and while you wait for that to occur, another change is put upon is, but it has no direct correlation to the change you requested. Or does it? Maybe the change that was put upon you is driving you toward the change you requested. That also happened to me recently. I requested a change, while I was in the waiting phase, a huge different change was thrust upon me. While I was dealing with this new change I realized it was driving me to the change I had requested in the first place. Once I realized that, it helped things move along. Sometimes we feel like we are overwhelmed with so many constant changes, and we would just like a period with no change. That's far and few between isn't it? Of course I also believe that we came to this life to experience many things and change brings more experiences. Next time when you feel like you are in a cycle of change, try to remember to look at everything around you, see what's happening, and try and let it happen. If you find yourself in an immediate change you did not request, try and find the life lesson out of it and blessings from it and see where it takes you. Change is necessary to grow, evolve, expand and to live. Try not to fear the unknown of the changes that you request; let them flow; let them grow into what you want and trust that it is happening the way it should. Change is necessary, change is good. The cycle of change is the cycle of life. I am celebrating one year of seeing paid clients for healing sessions and workshops. I cannot believe it has been a year already since I started this journey as a crystal healer. It has been so rewarding and inspiring and that is what has kept me going day by day. I want to thank everyone who has been involved with my journey to become a healer. I want to thank my mentors, my family, and friends who have supported me every moment of the way. I want to thank the clients that... have come to me for healing sessions online and in person. I want to thank the clients who have come to my workshops and spread the joy. I want to thank the customers who have come into my shop to purchase all these lovely little items and talk about crystals. The list is truly endless I want to thank all of you for being a part of it. I had no idea where this would lead when I began this but it has been the most wonderful experience I could have ever imagined. Again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart, I wouldn't be doing this if it were not for you. I really appreciate your support. Crystal blessings.
I have been meditating for years now. Meditation has been the most powerful tool to help relieve my day to day stress and worry. I used to be consumed with worry, stress and fear. Once I started meditating, I saw results within days. I am more at peace with life and myself than I have ever been. Many physical, emotional, mental and spiritual issues I was facing before meditation have since then dissolved or have been healed. Because meditation has helped me tremendously I am constantly telling my clients to meditate to heal themselves. The idea behind meditation is to stop the day to day junk that gets stuck in our minds; to just quiet our minds for a time. Focus on your breathing, and when a day to day thought comes into your mind, just gently let it go and refocus on your breathing once again. It takes some practice but once you have the hang of it, you will find it was worth the effort you pit into learning how to do it. Try to do it for about ten minutes a day and increase it from there. You will know what time frame works best for you. I have used meditation for specific healing in areas in which I needed it most and also for guidance from my higher power or spirit guides. I believe there is no right or wrong way to meditate and there are several simple things you can do to help you meditate. I started out with guided meditation and eventually went on to meditate without it. Guided meditation is listening to someone talk you through the relaxation phase and into a scenario that you visualize during the process. Listen to samples of guided meditation before you purchase them because it is important that you like the voice of the person who is speaking. You can also use music to enhance your meditation experience. If you decide to try music, select a something that resonates with you. I typically suggest staying away from current radio tunes but more so choose meditation type music. Again, listen to samples before you purchase some because you want to be sure that it is something you like listening to. Another suggestion is to listen to nature CDs such as rain, the ocean, or birds. You can also add in aroma therapy during meditation. Put your favorite essential oil into a diffuser or light some sage or incense. Something that I have found to greatly help the meditation experience is holding crystals while you meditate. I use different crystals for healing different issues I may be facing. Choose a crystal that feels good to you and just hold it while you meditate. You may feel the energy from it right away or it may take time but you will start to feel the crystal’s energy surrounding you the more you practice with it. I found by holding crystals during meditation, I could focus my attention on the feel of the crystals and the feel of the vibrations and energy they give. That gave me something more solid to focus on to keep my day to day thoughts at bay. You can use any or all of these suggestions and just see what works best for you. I have healed so many physical, mental, emotional and spiritual issues by meditation so I highly encourage you to give it a try so you can benefit from the healing as well. I have created some guided meditations because my clients were asking for them. I also host online and in person guided meditations monthly because I know how hard it is to get started and if this helps, then it is worth it for those who try it. 8/17/2016 0 Comments August 17th, 2016So often times I hear people focusing on the negative. I have done it myself and it is easy to get caught up in that cycle. So many complain about the weather, how they look, how they feel, their work, the country, etc. What if...what if instead everyone focused on what is right or good about the situation? Try looking in the mirror and appreciating all that is good about yourself. Instead of criticizing your weight or hair or face, look at all the beautiful qualities you hav...e. Think about all the good things about your job, even if you don't like your job, what are some good things about it? I bet if you really try, you could end up with a pretty good list. It's good you get a paycheck, its good you see the certain friend at work that you can talk to. Those sorts of things. What about the weather? If it is too hot or too cold, what is good about it? If it is too hot, think about how good the breeze feels instead of saying how hot it is. If it is too cold, think about the sun warming your face. I am sure you can think of more. How about how you feel? If you have a physical issue you are facing, think about all the rest of you that is in good condition. If we turn our thought process around to thinking of the good in ourselves and situations (even if we are unhappy with certain things), state the good aspects of the situation or self, then we start to send positive vibrations out. The more positive we send out the more it amplifies and continues on. Wouldn't that be a better place to be in? The more you do it the easier it gets. Give it a try and join me in finding good in a situation you usually complain about and share with us.
We are impatient beings. We always want what we want right now. It is programmed into us to get things now, get answers now, get there now. We have many lessons to learn during our time here on Earth. Sometimes we are in the middle of lessons that we don't even realize it is a life lesson until later. But when we do realize that we are in the middle of a life lesson, we should take the time to stop and reflect on where we have come from, and where it is we need to go. Of course we want the lesson to be finished so we can move on, but part of the lesson itself is the journey of the lesson. If we were given the opportunity to jump from one lesson to the next without really learning from it, what good would it do? Of course we can get frustrated and angry that the lesson has not passed or come to a conclusion but that is part of the learning process as well. If we just had everything we needed or wanted without the transition phase, we would not get the deeper meaning and we would not appreciate the details in the learning. There are so many details in the lessons we are to learn and once we go through the process we will have mastered that lesson and have a deeper understanding as to why we had to go through what we did to get there. So when you feel stuck or frustrated with a situation you are in, take a look around you. See what has unfolded to that point. See what you have learned to that point. Would it had made sense if you skipped those steps in the greater picture?
I have found that writing an intention, fear, worry or wish and burning it to release it to the Universe to be a powerful practice. You can use regular paper or for simple quick intentions you can use Flying Wish Paper. If you are facing a hard time such as relationship issues, health issues, financial issues, job issues, family issues just try this and see how you feel afterwards. Just take a sheet of paper and start writing everything down about your specific issue you want to resolve. Write every single detail about this situation. Start by writing what happened to lead up to how you are feeling now. When did the issue start, when were the turning points, what happened at each turning point? Next write how you feel and these can be positive or negative emotions. Are you angry, sad, confused, guilty, content, satisfied, etc.? Then begin to write what you want as an outcome, do you want to release old fear, worry or stress? For example if you have been struggling with money for a long time, state something like..."I am to be financially secure." Also, be sure to write that you forgive yourself and anyone else that has contributed to your situation. Let it all be at peace. If you are wishing for something new or something to grow you can follow the same process of writing everything down in a detailed manor. The more details you can provide the better off it is. Write it as if you were speaking it. It doesn't have to be correct grammar or spelling, but the most important part is to write every single thing that comes to mind when you are doing this process. Once you are satisfied with your paper, either fold it up or put it in an envelope. If you do this process during the full or new moon it is an added benefit of the energies surrounding you. The full moon is a time to release what no longer serves you. Release fear, worry, resentment, anger, etc. The new moon is a time to ask for new beginnings or for things to grow, ask for new job, more money, peaceful environment, etc. You do not have to wait for the full moon or new moon it is just an extra benefit of the process. Take it to a fire safe place, such as a fire pit, fire place, or outdoor area that is not in a fire hazard. Please be careful doing this process and use common sense while working with fire. Place your letter in a fire safe container and light it and say in your mind or out loud that you release (or ask for) ...and state your intention..."I release all fear, worry and hurt into the flames. Peace be with me." Then watch it burn until it is finished. After it is finished make sure that the fire is completely out and all is safe. I cannot stress that enough, please be safe doing this process. I have done this several times and the outcome was deeply moving. I was able to move on from the issues I were facing after following this process. I hope you find peace in your life as well. I AM - the powerful words of transformation
Every time you say a sentence with the words "I AM" you become the result of that sentence. So if you are saying I am tired, then you are tired; I am sick, then you are sick, etc. Start shifting to the positive side and restructure your sentences with I AM energetic, or I AM well instead. This practice goes along with the same ideas as the laws of attraction and positive thinking. What you state you are you become. Start thinking about what you want. Do you want to be healthy? Say I AM healthy. Do you want money? Say I AM wealthy or prosperous. The list can be endless. If you say these I AM affirmations often than the laws of attraction begin to shift to what you are saying and you will begin to start seeing those changes in your life. It is even more powerful if you say them while looking into your eyes in a mirror. Do that several times a day. An even more added benefit is if you actually say it as if you believe it. That will bring the changes to your life even faster. I practice this every day (along with my other positive thinking and law attraction techniques). Write out a list of all the I AM statements you can think of (keep them all positive) and start saying the ones you really wish to become, obtain or achieve. Keep a journal and add to the list when you think of new ones and don't be afraid to be specific. Journal the results and changes you see happening. Let's start a list here and if you think of some to add to the list, comment below.
